| Return All sales are final! No exchange, no return, no refundable when you make a purchased online or pick-up in person. We will NOT refund any products purchased. However we will exchange products which found to be manufacture defective and it sure be with in 30 days only. Please make sure you know what you are doing with the products before contacting us for exchange. Any shipping damages and / or shortages must be reported to Hmongprosatellite within 2 days of receiving the shipment. If you cancel an order before it is shipped, you will be charged an unrecoverable merchant fee for the cancellation. Normally this is a 20% non-refundable restock and processing fee, plus $35.00 refund transaction fee. This can change based on customer's original order. Warranty Policy At Hmongprosatellite we offer an unconditional full 3 months free support. After that 3 months on each service or support will be charge at (Min):$45. Hmongprosatellite will not pay for your service shipment or return, customer must pay for their own cost. All receivers purchased from Hmongprosatellite come with manufacturer software and firmware. Any unauthorized software or non-manufactures uploaded to your receiver automatically void the warranty of the receiver. The manufacturer does no support the third party software. All free to air receiver are come with the latest manufacture firmware, ready for FTA programming. Also Hmongprosatellite does not support the third party software and any receiver that have been modified. Only official software and upgrades available from the manufacturers can be use with FTA receivers. |
